Introducing the Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep Wrangler JL & JL Rubicon

The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles for Jeep JL Rubicon Dana 44 provide unmatched strength and smoothness you can feel.  The RCVs simply replace your OEM Jeep JL axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity design.  Our CVs eliminate oscillation and "crow hop" caused by the uneven power delivery of a u-joint axle.  The RCV CVs provide 6 points of fully-engaged contact throughout any angle up to 45 degrees, providing 100% strength even when the steering is turned to lock.  

The RCV Jeep JL CV for Dana 44 is 18% larger than our previous Dana 44 design and uses our same Dana 60 architecture.  Tests prove our axles to be twice as strong as OEM.  Even with big tires and big power there are no worries.  RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel - whether off-road or on the street.  All backed with a Lifetime Warranty against breakage up to a 43" tire.

RCV axles are a direct OEM replacement, retaining the Jeep's "Front Axle Disconnect" module and retains full functionality of the FAD system.  No warning lights, and no further modifications needed.

We are excited to announce our Jeep Wrangler JL Dana 44 and Dana 30 axle kits are available for pre-order now.  We have diligently tested fitment and new designs to ensure we offer the strongest axle solution.  
We offer a direct OEM replacement kit that utilizes the Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) functionality fully,  including our own 300M coupler.  We also offer a 1-pc FAD eliminator version which does not effect the FAD electronic system in any way.  Neither kit requires a programmer,  or any additional modifications.

FAD vs 1-piece
RCV axle kits for the JL are offered in two versions.

RCV FAD JL axle kits retain 100% functionality of the OEM Front Axle Disconnect design.  The kit includes a 2-piece inner passenger-side shaft, with an upgraded RCV coupler and bronze bushing.  The FAD module will control the disengagement exactly as OEM.
RCV 1-piece JL axle kits replace the OEM 2-piece axles and FAD coupler with a single shaft.  The inner shaft is designed to fit the FAD axle seals,  and provide clearance to re-install the FAD module.  The FAD will function,  but the instead of shifting the coupler in the axle, the fork will just move across the inner axle.  This does not cause any functionality issues or dash lights.
