RCV Axle & CV Services RMA
RCV offers full inspection and rebuild services for RCV axles and CV products.
- We fully disassemble and inspect the components.
- If worn or damaged parts are found, we will contact you with repair options.
- If no issues are found, the axle will be cleaned, greased, and reassembled with new boots if included in the service.
All service requests must be submitted using the form below before shipping your product.
Items received without a submitted form may experience delays in processing.
Standard rebuild turnaround time is 1–2 weeks after the product is received.
If additional components are required, turnaround time may increase depending on parts availability.
Please allow enough time, including shipping time, between your events.
RCV Performance is not responsible for any aesthetic changes to the finish of parts changed/replaced.
To submit your axles to the race prep & rebuild program, please follow the steps below:

✅ Step 2: Create your RMA number (date + initials).
✅ Step 3: Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your box.
✅ Step 4: Submit this form, print a copy of your email and place it inside the box.

- Included on a printed copy of this form inside the box
